By purchasing a Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery pack(s), or a product that includes a Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery pack the buyer assumes all risks associated with using these packs.  Also, the user agrees to accept responsibility for all risks, and not hold Air Midi Micros or the manufacturers responsible for any injury, or damage to property due to the use or misuse of the battery products.

  1. Never charge a lithium polymer battery pack unattended.
  2. Always use a charger made to charge LiPo packs.
  3. Do not charge your lithium polymer battery pack at a rate over 1C.
  4. Make sure your charger settings are correct for the battery pack being charged for voltage and current.  Then double check your settings.
  5. Never charge a LiPo pack that is in your model.
  6. Never charge, or store a LiPo pack in your automobile.

  9. If you notice your battery pack is swelling, stop the charging process and put the battery in a safe container as you observe the battery for 15 minutes.
  10. If your RC model has crashed when using a LiPo pack, remove the pack and put in a safe area away from flammable materials, or into a fire proof container like a Battery Bunker.  Observe the pack for 15 minutes.
  11. Do not store your LiPo packs in extreme temperatures.
  12. Have a fire extinguisher near the charging area, or a large bucket of dry sand.
  13. Do not short the battery wires.  If this occurs, place battery in a safe place for observation for 15 minutes.
  14. Always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions for lithium polymer battery packs.
